Delivery
All orders shipped are registered, insured and can be tracked. Orders will be sent by registered post or by courier, depending on the delivery destination and/or the delivery origin.
It is the customers responsibility to examine all goods immediately upon receipt and all claims should be notified to Simple Things in writing within three working days. Claims cannot be entertained thereafter.
Returns
As our products are produced using 100% natural materials (and are hand finished) there may be slight variances in colour, texture and finish. These are not considered quality issues and are not considered to be grounds for returns.
All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and postmarked for return within 10 days of receipt. You will receive a store credit.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable, unless we have made an error in shipping.
Sale Items may not be returned or exchanged.
