What payment options do you offer?
We except payment by Master card or via PayPal. Also you can arrange to call into the studio just give us a call in advance.
How about delivery?
Delivery will be made using trackable registered mail (insurance included) free of charge. Courier service can be arranged and will be charged at cost.
How do I care for my alpaca products?

Are alpacas hurt making your products?
No. Alpacas are shorn annually just like sheep and are not hurt in the process. Alpacas can live up to twenty five years and a lifetime of sheering is far more valuable than a single pelt, thank goodness for that!
What is your return policy?
Items may be exchanged provided the item being exchanged is returned in suitable condition for resale. All our products go through several stages of quality control prior to being offered for sale. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to examine all goods open receipt and all claims should be notified to Simple Things Ltd. in writing within three working days. Claims cannot be entertained there after.
